Human Resource is one of the assets of any organization. Without the well being of employees, no institute or entity can achieve success in the long run. To survive in the competitive market, any business needs to take good care of its stakeholders. A successful organization not only utilizes its resources but also maintains and develops them too.

The Staff Welfare Club of CKCET was formed in the year 2015. Its members include the employees of the College, Principals who are appointed to the College on deputation and attached faculty members.

Objectives

• We seek to build a healthy and happy working environment and foster good relationship among the faculty members.
• To facilitate all-round development and progress for the College.
• To foster healthy relationships between the students and the faculty members of the College to cultivate academic ambiance in the campus.
