The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) tasked with addressing sexual harassment of women in the workplace has the following duties and responsibilities:

• The committee is responsible for prioritizing the well-being of female teaching and non-teaching staff members within the college.
• The committee is required to assess any complaints received from female staff members and female students and undertake appropriate actions in response.
• The committee is mandated to establish healthcare facilities for female staff members and female students.
